HEWLETT PACKARD (HP) PRINTER INK CARTRIDGE “LOW INK” MESSAGES IN ERROR?
Hewlett Packard (HP) printers are currently under investigation for printer idefects, including flase error messages that the ink cartridge is low, needs to be refilled, or needs to be replaced. A few of the problems that HP printer owners are experiencing are, “low ink” message aftter the cartridge is refilled, “low ink” when the cartridge has sufficient ink left for multiple print jobs, or the printer’s failure to recognize that the cartridge ink reservoir is near full capacity.
Confused consumers are then left to figure out the problem, call unhelpful HP “support” telephone numbers, or often, purchase additional high cost HP ink cratridges to replace the indicated “low ink” cartridge.
THIS PROBLEM HAS ENDURED FOR YEARS
Despite consumer complaints, blog notices, helpful hints on the web, these HP prionters continue to provide consumers with false messages relating to HP ink cartridge levels. I have seen so many blogs and complaints on gripe sites discussing this issue.
HP PRINTER MODELS
The investigation focusing on all HP rinters that use ink cartridges. Some examples include the following:
· HP DeskJet Printers
· HP Color Inkjet Printers
· HP Photosmart Printers
· HP Businessjet Printers
· HP Deskwriter Printers
· HP e-Printers
· HP All-In-Ones
· HP Color Copiers
HP Ink cartridges are very expensive. Having to buy refills – when none is needed – makes this whole defect even more costly.
UNFAIR?
This whole situation seems a bit unfair to the people who spend their hard earned money on a color printer only to have it cost more money for unnecessary ink refills. It is wasteful, it is costly, it is wrong. It is lining HP’s pockets.
It does not seem like there is to much quality in these printers, practically new printers bikes falling apart on you? Seems a bit unfair to me. Now is your chance to get what you deserve. Leave a comment below, I want to hear your story.
